Our film Mamy Taty Czas became part of ERGO Hestia’s wider campaign promoting partnership in parenting, work-life balance and the role of fathers in raising children.
The campaign was recognised with the “DNA — bo pomaganie mamy w genach” award during the ESG Polska Moc Biznesu Congress. ERGO Hestia was awarded in the Fair Management category for an initiative supporting the connection between parenthood and work, and encouraging fathers to take an active role in family life.
For us, this project sits exactly where employer branding should be: close to real people, real families and real cultural change inside an organisation.
